Plastic Containers
Plastic carboy or jerry cans are manufactured by blow-molding machines and are used as acid-resistant containers for corrosive acids and similar chemicals. They were initially manufactured for the Company’s own use, but production capacity led to a new market and customer base: we have since been supplying containers to other companies needing them.
Fertilizer
CRW is supplying fertiliser, primarily to secure an outlet for its sulphuric acid, the production of which, at the time, exceeded market demand. The Company saw an opportunity for expanding a current product’s application.
